Restaurant Manager (Canadian Applicants Only)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Eldoret. As a Canadian-owned restaurant, we prefer candidates who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents, but we are open to all qualified applicants.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory and supplies, and meeting financial targets. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in restaurant management and a strong understanding of the food industry. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience in restaurant management or for experienced professionals looking for a new challenge.
