Restaurant Manager - Filipino
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant maintains high standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Create and maintain schedules for all employees
- Order supplies and manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain current ones
Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Knowledge of inventory management and profit/loss analysis
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts professionally
Salary:
This position offers a salary of $900 per month.
