Hotel Sales Manager - Salalah, Oman

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract new customers
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of industry changes
- Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet their targets
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: 1500$ per month

This position is open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Indian candidates. English fluency is required for this role. Accommodation will be provided by the company. Candidates must have their own visa or be willing to obtain one.
