Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. You will also oversee the sales team and ensure all targets are met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, etc.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Train and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, events, and revenue management to maximize sales potential
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present to upper management
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the hospitality industry
- Ability to travel for business purposes as needed
Salary: 1500$ per month + commission based on performance.
