Junior Concierge in Karachi


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Concierge in Karachi. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
1200$ per month

Karachi, Pakistan
