We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Oslo. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget management
- Creating and implementing effective strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Ensuring compliance with health codes and restaurant policies
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time position.

The restaurant is located in the heart of Oslo city center.
