We are a well-established architecture firm located in La-Condamine, seeking a Commercial Architect to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and experience in commercial projects.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Biometric passport preferred

This is a full-time position suitable for men. We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
