Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Medina is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping land areas for various construction and development projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$, and we are particularly looking for Malayalees who are proficient in English.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information.
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels to gather data.
- Prepare accurate maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveyed areas.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results.
- Maintain records of survey data and produce detailed reports for clients.
- Adhere to safety procedures while working in the field.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Valid biometric passport.
