Welder



We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Welder, you will be responsible for operating various welding equipment to join metal parts, fabricate or repair metal structures, and perform quality control checks on completed work. You must have at least 2 years of experience in welding and be able to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG and TIG welders, plasma cutters, and gas torches
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements
- Fabricate or repair metal structures using various welding techniques
- Perform quality control checks on completed work to ensure it meets specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and wearing protective gear
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in welding preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding required
- Proficient in operating various welding equipment including MIG and TIG welders, plasma cutters, and gas torches
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with typical working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required depending on project deadlines. This position does not provide accommodation; candidates must have their own visa for employment in Oman.
