Junior Gardener

A reputable gardening company in Albena is seeking a Junior Gardener to join our team. This position is suitable for English-speaking candidates who are interested in starting their career in gardening. We do not require any prior experience, as we will provide on-the-job training and guidance. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for plants and the outdoors, and is willing to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior gardeners with various tasks such as planting, pruning, watering, and weeding
- Learning about different types of plants and their care requirements
- Maintaining the overall appearance of gardens and outdoor spaces
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients
- Adhering to safety protocols while performing tasks
- Keeping garden tools and equipment clean and organized

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Interest in gardening and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
