Job Title: IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Moscow. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement technology strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security of our data, networks, and systems by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements as necessary
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring resources are used effectively to meet business needs
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, databases, security protocols, and other IT-related concepts
- Experience managing a team with excellent leadership skills
- Proven track record of developing successful technology strategies that align with business goals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across departments
