IT Manager - Moscow, Russia


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Moscow, Russia. As our IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans in line with the company's overall objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime for all systems
- Handle troubleshooting and technical support for employees regarding IT issues
- Oversee data security and backup procedures to ensure protection of sensitive information
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and disaster recovery procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Proven experience managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional departments
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
