Glazier Supervisor

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Glazier Supervisor to join our team in Ashdod. As a Glazier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of a team of glaziers and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of glaziers on various projects.
- Train new glaziers and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and materials needed.
- Install glass products such as windows, doors, mirrors, and storefronts.
- Measure, cut, shape, polish, and install glass panels using hand or power tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Glazier or similar role.
- Proven experience in supervising a team of glaziers.
- Strong knowledge of different types of glass products and installation techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
