Teamlead for Contract Positions in Las Vegas, USA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Las Vegas, USA. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of contractors, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and meeting client expectations. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience or English fluency. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback to team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team
- Ensure quality control by reviewing work completed by team members
- Report project status and updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Malayalees language preferred but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in the USA

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
