Team Lead - Accounts and Finance
As a Team Lead for the Accounts and Finance department, you will be responsible for managing a team of accountants and overseeing the financial operations of our company in Las Vegas, USA. Your primary role will be to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining internal controls to mitigate risk and comply with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other reports
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Conduct regular audits to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial data and provide insights for business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred)
- CPA certification is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting or finance roles
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory position is required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking abilities
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
