Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your role will require a combination of creativity and technical knowledge to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their requirements and gather project details
- Conduct site visits to assess the location and any potential challenges
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project execution
- Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in industrial architecture and incorporate them into designs
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience working on industrial projects with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Los Angeles
