We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Shan, a bustling city known for its rich culture and vibrant community. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available for repairs
- Respond promptly to any maintenance requests from staff or residents
- Complete all work orders in a timely manner and maintain accurate records
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required

Preferred:
- Experience in building maintenance or construction
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations
- Knowledge of multiple trades such as carpentry, painting, or masonry
