As a Commercial Architect in Eschen, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their business objectives. Your role will involve conducting site visits, creating detailed plans and specifications, and collaborating with contractors and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of commercial architecture principles, practices, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills for effectively collaborating with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Project management experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
