Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Eschen. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their needs.

As a Commercial Architect, you should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as the ability to create detailed plans and drawings using industry-standard software. You should also have excellent communication skills, as you will collaborate with a variety of professionals including engineers, contractors, and clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture and possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Experience with sustainable design and LEED certification is also preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. We also offer accommodation for employees who relocate to Eschen for this role. Visa sponsorship may be provided for candidates who require it.
