Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in Plovdiv. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of all masonry work on construction projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of masonry techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Ensure that all masonry work is completed according to project plans and specifications
- Train and mentor new masons, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor the use of materials to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule masonry work
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite, adhering to all safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mason or similar role
- Proven experience in supervising a team of masons
- In-depth knowledge of different types of brick, stone, and other building materials used in masonry work
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of working outdoors in various weather conditions
