Junior Computer Systems Analyst


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Braga. As a junior analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our company improve and streamline our computer systems and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with minimal experience to gain hands-on experience in the field of computer systems analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with IT team to design and implement new systems or modifications
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in the industry
- Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Document system requirements, procedures, and policies
- Train new employees on the use of computer systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
