Responsibilities:
- Design and develop website layouts according to client specifications
- Create graphics, images, and other visual elements for websites using design software
- Optimize website content for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with developers to ensure website functionality
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve website design
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred but not required
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
