Office Assistant - El-Ain, Egypt
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our growing team in El-Ain, Egypt. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Order office supplies as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary: $1200 per month.
