We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Baker. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods in accordance with our recipes and standards. This is a contract job with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients to prepare doughs and batters
- Roll, cut, and shape dough to form breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Bake items in ovens or on grills according to recipe instructions
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are cooked properly
- Decorate or glaze pastries and baked goods as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food products

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate preferred
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills

Salary:
Starting salary is $1100 per month.
