Fitter - Biometric Passport Production (Indian Candidates)

This position is responsible for fitting and assembling components to construct biometric passports in our production facility in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision assembly and be able to read technical drawings and instructions. Attention to detail and the ability to work with small tools and parts is crucial. This role requires standing for long periods of time and may involve repetitive motions. The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. Basic English proficiency is required for communication purposes. This position is suitable for male candidates only.

As a Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting individual components together to construct biometric passports according to technical drawings and instructions provided by our engineers. This includes using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and other specialized equipment as needed. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished products for quality control purposes and making any necessary adjustments or repairs.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar precision assembly position. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to read technical drawings and instructions accurately. You must also have excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and attention to detail.

This position requires standing for extended periods of time while performing repetitive tasks such as fitting components together or using tools. As such, physical fitness is important in order to maintain productivity while working on the production line.
