We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to students of all ages and levels. Your main duties will include preparing lesson plans, conducting one-on-one or group sessions, and evaluating students' progress. The ideal candidate will have previous experience teaching English as a second language and possess strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct interactive and dynamic one-on-one or group tutoring sessions
- Assess students' language abilities and track their progress
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their English skills
- Utilize various teaching methods and materials to enhance the learning experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching approach
- Keep up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate students' schedules
