Job Title: Commercial Architect - Porto


A reputable architecture firm in Porto is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for commercial projects based on client needs and specifications
- Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD or similar software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
