We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial projects for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial spaces
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the implementation of architectural plans and ensure they are executed accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure its success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building structures, materials, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400 USD per month.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week.

Location:
This position is based in Porto, Portugal. The ideal candidate should already have the legal right to work in Portugal without requiring accommodation or visa sponsorship.
