Junior Information Security Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software.
- Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities through system audits, security logs, and penetration testing.
- Develop and implement solutions to mitigate identified risks.
- Educate employees on best practices for maintaining the security of sensitive information.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest security trends and developments to ensure our systems remain secure.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security tools.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns or anomalies.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience with information security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST is a plus.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees if needed.

Location:
This position is located in beautiful Bergen, known for its stunning scenery and vibrant cultural scene. While preference will be given to local candidates, we are open to considering candidates from other locations as well.
