Job Title: Junior Restaurant Manager


We are a popular restaurant located in Dar Kulaib, seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor new employees to maintain our high standards of service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant at all times
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant management role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for inventory management purposes
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
