Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Lom. This individual must have strong leadership skills and experience in the construction industry, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring they are met throughout the project
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status, budget, and potential risks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
