Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen and dining areas. Your main duties will include washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment, as well as keeping the kitchen area clean and organized. You may also be required to assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using manual or automated methods
- Sanitize all kitchen equipment and surfaces to ensure food safety
- Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and free of debris
- Assist with food preparation such as chopping vegetables or portioning ingredients
- Help with basic cooking tasks under the supervision of the chef or cook
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean working environment
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Plovdiv, Bulgaria (accommodation provided)
