Executive Chef - St. Petersburg, Russia


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and meet customer expectations
- Create recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor inventory levels and control food costs while maintaining high-quality standards
- Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative thinking with a passion for creating unique dishes that appeal to customers' tastes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
- Fluent in English (Russian is an asset)

Compensation:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1000 USD per month. In addition, we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare ticket for non-Russian nationals. Accommodation is not provided for this position.
