Barber - Men's Grooming Specialist



We are a well-established and reputable barbershop located in the bustling city of Hawalli. Our team is looking for a talented and skilled Barber to join us as our Men's Grooming Specialist.

As our Men's Grooming Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services to our diverse clientele. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to provide excellent customer service to ensure our clients leave satisfied with their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services according to client specifications
- Provide consultations and recommendations based on client's hair type and facial structure
- Keep up-to-date with current hairstyles, trends, and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different hair types, facial structures, and grooming techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Must have a biometric passport or valid visa for working in Kuwait
