We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management. You must have strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service
- Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they meet company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create employee schedules and handle payroll
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management software
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
