International Sales Representative

Our fast-growing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Representative to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an International Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers from various countries, with a focus on African and English-speaking markets. This is a commission-based position with a starting salary of 1800$, and it offers the opportunity for uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with international clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand sales in targeted markets
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to showcase our products
- Create sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an international setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of African markets is highly desirable
- Must be willing to travel frequently for business purposes
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills
