We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team in Washington. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for various plants, flowers, and trees in our gardens. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, strong physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, and prune flowers, plants, and trees
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides when needed
- Weed and remove any dead or damaged plants
- Maintain garden equipment and tools
- Design new garden layouts and assist in landscape improvements
- Identify potential plant diseases or pests and take necessary actions to prevent them
- Keep garden areas clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Previous gardening experience preferred but not required
- Physical strength and endurance to perform manual labor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of different plant species, fertilizers, pesticides, etc.
- Creativity in designing new garden layouts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary: $1300 per month
