Job Title: Administrator (Mombasa, Kenya)
We are a growing company in the bustling city of Mombasa, seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrator to join our team. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain company records and files
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Monitor office operations to ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required
Salary: $900 per month
