Courier Supervisor (Filipino/Foreigner preferred) - Shan, Myanmar


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Courier Supervisor to join our team in Shan, Myanmar. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of couriers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers, including scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and providing training and guidance as needed
- Oversee the sorting and distribution of packages and documents to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking of supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and employee hours
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for couriers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the courier or logistics industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. Additionally, we provide accommodation for foreign employees if needed. We also offer free visa processing and airfare tickets for non-local candidates.
