Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Triesen. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process and provide creative solutions for architectural projects
- Develop and present project proposals to clients, incorporating their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction
- Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts, technical issues, and project management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Salary: 1500$ per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa or be eligible to obtain one.
