Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Multan. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting computer issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to our clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on both desktops and laptops.
- Install and configure computer systems and networks.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems.
- Set up new user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place.
- Train users on new software or hardware as needed.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, network protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and remote desktop technologies.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, anti-virus software, firewalls, and other security tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Salary:
Starting salary for this part-time position is $1400 per month.

City:
This position is based in Multan.
