Sales Manager for Student Support Services
Location: La-Condamine, Monaco


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As the Sales Manager for Student Support Services, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to students in the city. This includes managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with universities and other educational institutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach and exceed targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and training as needed
- Build strong relationships with universities and other educational institutions in the city
- Attend education fairs and events to promote our services to potential students
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and provide information about our services
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Analyze sales data to track performance and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with marketing department to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and new developments in the education sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the education sector
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a sales team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is an asset
