Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering product recommendations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a remote position, so candidates must have access to a reliable internet connection. This role offers a competitive salary of 1600$, with the potential for commission based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through various online channels
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions or escalate as needed
- Offer product recommendations based on client's needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends in order to provide the best service possible

Requirements:
- No English language requirement, but proficiency is preferred
- Must have a biometric passport for easy travel
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is not required but considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
