Part-Time Office Assistant
We are in need of a skilled and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails from clients
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Typing, filing, and organizing documents
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other business materials
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with biometric passports is a plus
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1500 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Al-Malikiyah.
