Part-Time Office Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. This position is suitable for men and does not require previous experience, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Organizing and maintaining office documents and records
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
- Providing support to other team members as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

Benefits:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
