Mason Supervisor


Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Eldoret. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and oversee their work on various construction projects
- Plan and organize work schedules for the team, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Train and mentor new masons, providing guidance on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor the use of materials and equipment to ensure efficiency and reduce waste
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
- Collaborate with other supervisors and project managers to coordinate tasks and resources
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members or clients in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and costs incurred

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Masonry preferred
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of local languages is an added advantage)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Salary: $1000 per month (salary negotiable based on experience)
