Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in our company located in El-Ain, Egypt. Your main task will be to drive sales and increase revenue by developing effective sales strategies and techniques. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed their individual goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to stay informed on industry developments
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies based on market conditions
- Fluent English speaker with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

Location: This job is located in El-Ain, Egypt.
