Sales Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets and performance goals for the team
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Egyptian market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Part-time options may also be available. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer a competitive salary package including free visa sponsorship and flight ticket.
