Handyman (For English-Speaking Foreigners in Siauliai)


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Siauliai. This full-time position is open to Malayalees and other foreigners with proficiency in English. As a Handyman, your role will involve performing general maintenance and repairs on our properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. You must be able to work independently and have excellent problem-solving skills. While prior experience is preferred, we welcome candidates without previous Handyman experience who are willing to learn on the job. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify areas for maintenance or repair
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and regulations
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
