Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of pastries, including cakes, cookies, pies, and breads
- Decorate pastries using different techniques and tools
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistency in taste and appearance
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and place orders when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Train new pastry assistants on proper techniques and standards
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with new ideas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage inventory levels effectively
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
-Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
